November MLS Statistics are in from our San Antonio residential market and from my perspective they are amazing.
San Antonio had 400 more homes sell in November 2016 than in November 2015!
Total Sales for November 2016 were 2115 which is up 23% from November 2015.
Days on market was averaging 58 days with the average selling price per sq. ft. being $ 111.
Prices have increased but nonetheless just over 50% of sales were $ 199,000. and under.
Sales from $ 200,000 to $ 499,999. comprised 44.35% of our residential market.
Average Sales Price was $ 238,347 (up 10%) while Median Sales rice $ 199,400.
Sales were up 19.8 % across Texas with an average sales price of $ 267,720.
And this again shows that San Antonio is a leader in big city affordability!
