Delta, Colorado always has a fairly wide variety of three bedroom homes for sale in all price ranges. In this market three bedroom homes seem to the be most popular with buyers. We do see a lot of change happening with this segment of the market. The inventory is constantly changing.
This report covers Delta and the surrounding rural area. This information includes all of the three bedroom homes listed in the local MLS in the 81416 zip code...so it does include those home outside of town and manufactured homes.
Here's a look at my last report on three bedroom homes for sale in Delta, CO.
At this time there are 60 homes on the market. There are 42 active listings and 18 that are pending a sale. Eight of the listings have just come on the market in the last month. - Prices start at $85,000 and go up to $1.2 million. (This is a top notch horse facility).
- The average list price is $287,177 and the median list price is $204,950.
- House sizes start at 780 square feet and top out at 4672 feet.
- Twenty four of the listings are out of town on acreage lots. Eight of these are on lot sizes of over eight acres.

Under $100,000...there are three listings. - From $100,000 to $149,999...there are six listings.
- $150,000 to $199,999...there are 21 listings.
- $200,000 to $249,999...there are seven listings.
- $250,000 to $299,999...there are six listings.
- $300,000 to $349,999...there are five listings.
- The rest of the 60 listings are all priced over $350,000.
Throughout Delta and the surrounding area the number of homes on the market is shrinking. We are starting to see the low inventory that larger metro areas have experienced for a while now.
