How To Be Recognized As The "Top Producer" Without Building A Team

We all like to be recognized as our office or company's Top Producer .. I know I do :-)

Building a team to get there brings a lot of headaches..

So much easier to be the Individual Top Producer..

You have two choices:

1- Double your transactions (too much work :-)

2- Double your average sales price.. (easier, faster, better)

My suggestion..

Keep your existing business going strong..

Add a couple of High-End Sales..

Here are 70+ YouTube Videos to get you in the right mindset and give you strategies to implement..

These are full of very straightforward talk .. if you don't like that don't watch them :-(

They are not fancy .. many done from my second home in Thailand (reward from high-end sales!)

You can do it .. Look where I started  From Very Shy To $100 Million In Sales

Too much work is the thing to be or the thing to do. Love and light.

High end properties bring new problems (and costs) and owner expectations of their own .

All properties bring expectations and costs. The high end client is way better to work with. They know what they want, have done it before and don't have time to waste, your's or theirs.
