Why Get a Home Inspection if Buying "As Is" ?

Great advice to home buyers.  I always recommend a home inspection. 

I didn't click on the link, but can say an inspection is definitely required, regardless of the type of house/condition. When it's an "as is" home, it's so the buyer knows what they are actually buying.
