Are you paying the right real estate taxes?

Do you know how much your home is worth?

Real Estate Taxes in Solon Ohio are estimated as:

TO ESTIMATE REAL PROPERTY TAX:

Formula: Market value X annual tax as % of market value

Example: (example uses Solon School District residential rate)

Market value of property is $ 100,000

Residential annual tax as a percent of market value is 2.29%

$ 100,000 X 2.29% = $ 2,290 annual property tax

Deadline for an application for tax decrease is March 31st.

Ever think about, "How much is my house worth?" OH home values are calculated from sold prices, public records of assessed value, and Ohio real estate information. While these estimates can help planning a real estate purchase or sale, you should always consult with an OH Realtor ®  Need more help?
