According to city records, on April 7 a deal was finalized for a condo at the Plaza Hotel at 768 Fifth Avenue for an asthonishing price of$45.1 million dollars. The record so far this year was $46 million for a duplex penthouse co-op that boasts 17 rooms at 1060 Fifth Ave. This just goes to show that New York City is still basking in a very healthy market.
