It's that time of the year for me to renew my managing broker license and real estate firm license. As of today I renewed both. The State of Washington makes it easy by offering the option to renew online.

Washington real estate brokers and managing brokers can update their name and/or address before they renew their license by filling out a form provided by the Washington State Department of Licensing. Click here to view it.
