Today, we (Reed Wilson), was out showing amazing Downtown RVA Condos for sale to a client who loves and appreciates everything our great city has to offer. THE CONDO MARKET FOR RICHMOND, VA.
In Richmond City, VA, the median sold price for Condo/Co-op properties for November was $202,500, representing an increase of 11.8% compared to last month and a decrease of 33.6% from Nov 2015. The average days on market for units sold in November was 56 days, 3% below the 5-year November average of 58 days. There was a 17.6% month over month decrease in new contract activity with 14 New Pendings; a 25.8% MoM decrease in All Pendings (new contracts + contracts carried over from October) to 23; and a 4.5% increase in supply to 70 active units.
