418 Quakey Way, in Red Feather Lakes, is a double winner, taking the prizes for tiniest and cheapest. A 120 sq.ft. cabin, on 35 acres with great views and a trout stream, it sold for $52,500.
The Largest
807 Shore Pine Ct, Fort Collins was the biggest home that sold in 2016. A 4 bedroom 2-story on .45 acres, it measures out at 10,283 sq.ft., sits on a private lake with a dock, and includes an elevator, 2600 sq.ft. of additional patio space and mountain views. It sold for $1,900,000.
