We woke to 28 with a clear sky and will see 50 today. The warmest we've been in a while due to a cold snap. John is showing 15 homes today to a Colorado buyer who is retiring here. I'm jamming to Stevie Nicks and cleaning house.

Unbelievable the weather down south and on the East Coast, John. My friends just drove to their condo in Florida for the winter months and told me that it is a bit chilly in Fort Lauderdale. And snow in Georgia??? Hope you had a great Sunday. Hey, the Green Bay Packers won NY Giants - 38 - 13. WOW! I didn't like part of the first half:) Here we go again...Dallas Cowboys next Sunday!!!!!
