I completely agree that it's all about respect - I see so many negative (almost nasty) remarks and wonder how the writer thinks others will respond to them (certainly not in a good light!).  

Great list and post, Rebecca Gaujot, the Go To Realtor® - certainly something you are the consumate pro at here in the Rain!

What those who don't follow the easy rules find that we don't play with them here in the rain.
