Currently, the Multiple Listing Service in the Twin Cities reports there are only nine Townhomes for sale in Eden Prairie for under $250,000. This is certainly a record setting lack of listings. What does that mean for the average seller, they should take advantage of this low inventory and get their Eden Prairie Townhome on the market immediately. The buyers are out there, they just need more inventory!!!
