El Dorado Estates Subdivision is located on CR 18 between CR 19 and CR 21.  El Dorado Estates Subdivision  is located on the west side of the road. Jefferson Township, Goshen Indiana. Children who live in El Dorado Estates Subdivision who attend public school will be attending Middlebury Community Schools. El Dorado Estates was developed in 1970, and much to my surprise there are several El Dorado Estates throughout the country! Colorado’s Eldorado Estates is also in Jefferson County!  Could be a bit confusing… What I noticed most about our El Dorado Estates is the large property sizes, well built custom homes and a park like setting.
