With the new year upon us, it's a great time to put together your annual schedule to maintain your Charlotte metro area home month by month in 2017. We know that when we neglect home maintenance, the ultimate cost to repair and replace is often much higher than just maintaining as you go. It can be overwhelming to think about all the things that go into maintaining a home on an ongoing basis. But, as with many thing in life, if you plan and schedule to do a little bit each week or each month it all manages to get done. As that expression goes: "How do you eat an elephant?
