Thank you Nina Hollander - This is a great 'To do' list outlining the maintenance schedule.  It is a shame when a homeowner just gets 'too busy' or just simply 'doesn't realize' that even a new home requires regular maintenance.

Thanks for sharing this terrific list. There's a lot to do to maintain a home, no matter where you live or what conditions it's in. The list can be overwhelming if you don't parcel it out over time - and it works better for the budget. But some things need attention right away, right?!
