These cactus are in our back yard and I just had to take a crack at time lapse exposure. It was fun. The flowers bloomed a lot quicker than I thought they would so instead of one exposure every 2 minutes I could have done them every minute or 30 seconds.
Now for those of us who are more challenged than others, can you give us a few more details as to how you got it from the camera to the video in the computer, then to the Youtube thing. There is way too much fun out there for you guys not to share it with some of us who are geriactricly (sp? think of older) challenged.
Wonderful pictures and would have had no clue to how fast that could happen.

after I transfered the images to my computer I recorded a routine (in photoshop) for one photo which cropped the image, adjusted the levels and colors, and sharpened it. Then I had the program do that for ALL 43 pics.
Next I opened Imovie on my Macbook Pro and imported the images. Imovie is very user friendly so all I did was moved the images to the timeline. Set the time for each frame to play (i had to do this with each one manually). Added the title and a little sound and saved it as an mov file. Then I uploaded it to YOUTUBE.
All this is easier said than done. But it wasnt THAT hard.
