Thank you for sharing these thoughts Ron Tissier . I think over improving is important point to consider. While making a home more comfortable to live in, the improvement costs may indeed be difficult to recover when it comes time to sell.

Predictions are pretty much on point thus far.  Unfortunately, there are many Sellers living in fantasy land when it comes to proper pricing.  Inflated and unrealistic prices.  Buyers are pushing back on this trend, forcing Sellers into  price reductions galore and now "chasing the market".

The result is a slow shift away from our Seller's market of the last six years.
