Yes, the Owl Box goes with the House!

Real Estate Agent with Murphy and Hayesville, NC; Hiawassee, Blairsville, Blue Ridge GA

Yes, the Owl Box goes with the House! This resident Owl has been coming back to this home in the Tarheel Subdivision just outside the downtown Murphy NC mountains for years. This gorgeous Chalet is new on the market and looking for a buyer....and lover of wildlife too.

This would be so cool to see this owl every year as it returns to its home!

They think so too, Joan. They already have a new owl box for their new home for another family of owls to move in!

Wow lee and Carol,  is that real?  My wife would want to buy the house just for the owl.  Make it a good one.

Now this would be a really cool thing to see... I would hate for someone to buy this house and remove this Owl's home...  I would certainly not remove it.. I would love seeing it there to enjoy the beauty of wildlife.  I don't live in a rural area, but I feed squirrels in my yard daily, and the birds too.. Blue Jay, Cardinals, Finches.. and others.  I've had a pair of Cardinals coming to my yard now for a few yeas.. Love to see them!

We love watching all the birds here too, Gloria. These owners are definitely hoping the new buyers will love the resident owl and wildlife...besides the great mountain Chalet!

I used to live in a somewhat rural area of Maryland. We had everything from Eastern Bluebirds to a Great Northern Owl to black AND Turkey vultures to at least four kinds of woodpeckers. Made for very busy mornings on occasion. I miss that here in Washington.

Know what you mean, Lauren. Can't even imagine life in the mountains without having the visitors! Love seeing the turkeys and deer in the corn field down by our creek too.

Lee and Carol, no doubt he is getting some shut eye after being up all night doing what owls do!  Glad to see homeowners appreciate nature!

That would probably be the one amenity that sold me on the home!
