Waynesborough Wood is a gated community of homes built by Realen Homes about 27 years ago alongside Route 252 in Easttown Township. As such they are all in the Tredyffrin Easttown School District, reported as the top ranked school district in the nation by Niche
At this time in January 2017 there are two homes for sale both with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one has 2 powder rooms one has one, prices range from $549,000 to $619,000, both homes have been on the market for a long time, one for 260 days, the other for 527 days.
Four homes sold in the last 180 days ranging in price from $535,000 to $655,000, two of these homes sold in under 25 days, one sold in 46 days and one sold in 98 days. Location of Waynesborough Woods allows for easy commuting, shopping, dining and out door activities in all directions. The twin/carriage homes in Waynesborough Wood are predominantly stucco exteriors, stucco in our area has had problems and should be inspected separately. Some have ground floor masters and finished basements, however, generally there is little space outside for entertaining as decks are smaller and tend to be less private.
