Hard to believe we are in our second week of the New Year, hence I thought it would be valuable to see what the Real Estate Market Trends are for Beverly Hills, CA. This is the Single-Family Market Trends Report for the 90210-zip code.

The Market currently is hovering with a slight Buyer’s Advantage. We measure home sales vs. the amount of inventory and determine how the market is doing. Hence the easiest way to gage it is to see that prices are not moving higher until the excess inventory is in Escrow. As expected once inventory shrinks then the real estate market moves into the Seller’s Advantage.

Currently the Median List price for Beverly Hills, CA 90210 is around $6,350,000.00

The most expensive Listing in 90210 is $43,900,000.00 and the least expensive home is $925,000.00

The prices have been fluctuating for the past few weeks, in case you are wondering WHY, the answer is very simple, because we tend to lump the listings and sales into on statistic instead of breaking it out into four Quartiles. This action in turn makes the numbers invalid.  Just visualize a sale of $40,000,000.00 what it would do to the rest of the statistics.

So with that said let us look at the numbers:

Oh, a photo of one of my favorite places, Rodeo Drive. LOL. My team member Barb and I keep planning to hop a SW flight to the Beverly Hills Hotel for a weekend and do a little shopping, probably more looking than buying, LOL.

Love your report on Beverly Hills 90210. Seems like once you get into a little bit of land mass, the prices triple.
