Market stats for Decemberer show a substantial decrease in price of closed sales of condos, villas and townhomes in Highland Beach FL. If you are considering buying a home you can still find deals on a condo or house in Highland Beach, but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must.

Don't wait on the sidelines for too long.  Many of our listings are selling quickly due to low inventory.  As you can see from the graph below, listings are selling for close to asking price, with an average of .98% list to sold ratio. I wouldn't expect home prices to run up quite as fast as they did back then as banks have gotten a lot stricter on lending guidelines and are no longer giving a loan to anyone with a pulse. But low inventory is one indicator that prices should continue to rise.

In December 2016, there was 1 single family home sold in Highland Beach, FL.  The average list price was $ 2,395,000 with $ 492 price per square foot.  The average sold price was $ 2,050,000 with price per square foot of $ 421.  This is more than last month when no single family homes were sold.

 

In December 2016, the average list price for condos, villas and townhomes in Highland Beach FL was $ 892,262.  Average price per square foot was $ 423.  This is a substantial decrease from last month.

In December 2016, the average sold price for condos, villas and townhomes in Highland Beach FL was $ 852,553.  Average price per square foot for closed sales was $ 413.  Again, this shows a sharp decrease from last month.

There were 13 condos sold in December 2016 in Highland Beach, Florida.
