The Hawaii City Plaza project, headed by Chinese investors, has begun preparation of the projects construction site behind Walmart and Sam's Club in Honolulu. Demolition of the buildings on the three contiguous parcels at 710, 730 Sheridan St. and 733 Cedar St., is currently underway. Advantage America Hawaii Regional Center LLC is the developer.
The 384,000-square-foot project will feature a 26-story, 163-unit high-rise condominium tower with a mix of affordable and market-rate condos, 3 restaurants, and 313 parking spaces and 163 bicycle storage spaces.
It is not known whether this project will be PET FREINDLY or not.
