Ok...how easy is this!
4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup self rising flour
1 stick butter-melted
1 cup milk
Put chicken, soup, and broth into casserole dish. Mix flour, butter, and milk together. Spoon evenly over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown.
I had forgotten about this recipe until today and this is what is for dinner tonight...enjoy everyone!
