I drove up from Florida and met with Lee on a recommendation from my brother. I told Lee and Carol my requirements and the set about to find me properties. Lee drove me around showing me houses. I went back and forth to Florida, with my requirements changing every time. They were very patient and drove me around every time. When I finally settled on a house, they worked diligently with the sellers to get to my price and repairs done on the house. All the paperwork was sent to me in Florida and the closing went well. I still see Lee around town and he is always friendly. Lee and Carol are great people and I am glad to know them. - Phil R.
