Current Active Listings in Flower Mound, TX are 177. For the Month of December a total of 24 properties were added to the inventory listings.  The median list price is $549,047.00, average list price is $785,732.00, and the maximum list price is $10,950,000.00. 


New Construction continues to rise at a booming rate throughout Flower Mound. The focus is on the opening of the very first hotel and groundbreaking for the new Town Hall in Flower Mound. The Courtyard by Mariott is the big news at River Walk at Central. The new hotel is expected to open in April 2017. They will have 146 rooms and 6,000 square feet of desperately needed meeting space. Providing local accommodations in walking distance for both hospital patient family members staying at Texas Presbyterian Hospital, and guests of Flower Mound residents will be a blessing to all. The promise to fulfill the people's dream is about to come true. Also, construction for the River Walk Wedding Chapel and the 2,800 seat amphitheater will begin early this year. Groundbreaking for the Town Hall begins in May and the expected wait time for completion is 14 months.


Other exciting business news includes includes Crossfire Defense Academy & Range, an upscale gun range, a mixed-use senior residential neighborhood, an upscale grocery mart, plus several new restaurants. St. Philips Catholic Church is getting closer to breaking ground for their new parish church on the corner of Shiloh and Cross Timbers Road and the Tree Farm in the SW part of town hopes to be completed in 2017.
