YES WE ALSO MANAGE THE PARKING SPOTS IN APARTMENT COMPLEXES

PHOENIX PARKING MANAGEMENTIt was just another day in Phoenix Property Management. Here at Real Estate and Beyond we manage the following:

  • Single Family Homes
  • Condos
  • Townhomes
  • Multiplexes
  • Apartment Complexes

I have witnessed many complexes not managed by me that many cars are parked illegally in the parking lot. Many owners allow cars to sit on their property far too long in my opinion. Personally, I do not allow illegal cars to stay on the property due to security reasons. Also, the illegal cars do not attract the best characters to the property.

I have personally teamed up with a Phoenix Parking Management company that assists me in managing the parking lot. We do not tolerate the following vehicles on the property

  • Abandoned cars
  • Trailers
  • No Tags
  • No License Plates
  • Tenants working on cars illegally
  • Car not in operation
  • Illegally Parked Cars

I would like to share my experience last week with you. I took over management of a complex a few months ago. Many of the tenants complained that others cars were parked in their parking spot. We calculated many cars illegally parked. So, I had the parking professional tag all cars with 24 hour tow stickers. These cars were illegally parked. Yes, I had some of the tenants call me to complain. However, one tenant complied and updated tags on vehicle.

Here is the rest story. We were in the process of towing a vehicle because it was abandoned. My tow guy called me to report a potential chop shop. I called the police immediately. The cops confirmed the vehicle was stolen and the tenant was arrested for working on a stolen vehicle. We towed a total of five cars in two days.

I went to visit the apartment complex this week. The parking spots are free. The tenants are happier since they now have their parking spots freely. Yes, we do manage the parking lot which is part of the apartment complex.

I lived in a co-op complex once and there was a rule about how long cars could remain w/no tags or how long they could remain in the same un-assigned spot. Unfortunately, the rules were not enforced, so there were definitely those who left cars in the same spot for months. It was frustrating as a home owner.
