  • The Briargate median home sales price hit a crazy high of $380,000 - up 22.6% over March one year ago, with an average of 42 days on the market.

  • In March, there was only 1.5 month's supply of homes available for buyers actively looking in the Briargate neighboorhood. Down 28.6% from a year ago.

Kim, Briargate home sales are really smokin' as well as your El Paso County.

For a 1 1/2 month supply of homes I am surprised that your median days on market for the county is in the 30's.  You have a very impressive sale to list price ratio, Kim!  

Hope you get some qualified buyers looking for homes for sale in Briargate or other areas of El Paso County  from reading your market report, Kim!  

I like how you tied in that great video from your previous blog post on the amazing transformation that your staging makes in selling your listings.
