Before becoming a member of ActiveRain I really did believe that the attitude of the prospective client determined the outcome of the sale. I know now, that is not true. First impressions work both ways and how we communicate with others plays a significant role in success or failure.
How Active Rain Changed My Attitude
The platform for Social Media for the Real Estate Industry ActiveRain is our foundation. The foundation for any successful entity begins with the Weltanschauung - the Guiding Principles & Philosophy, including Community Guidelines. These are the beliefs for which we stand. As members, we serve as Role Models to the general public and to each other. We communicate who we are on a daily basis through our blog posts, our words, illustrations, comments, and action. Although, ActiveRain may be for "members only," it is created for the benefit of the consumers. Respectfully, each active member chooses what they would like to share.
Our viewpoints may vary depending on who we are, where we live, how we work, personal opinions, life experiences, ideologies, and our values. We can choose to agree or disagree; however, never be discourteous. The primary goal is to encourage mutual respect. The premise is to motivate, educate, and inform our prospective clients. The best way to build a business is through referrals. This platform is both for public and private eyes and continues to flourish. An individual's blog post serves as a catalyst for prospective clients.
