What do you love about the area?:We have awesome neighbors who are always willing to lend a hand. We have bonfires, wine parties, neighborhood block parties. We love the privacy of the dead-end cul-de-sac road, that it’s  5 minute walk to Kost Dam, the beautiful sunsets and the great location! We are 8 miles or less to many towns (Chisago, Lindstrom, Center City, Stacy and North Branch) also the Sunrise River and the St.Croix River.

 

What are some great things about North Branch?: It has a small town feel, it’s very close to several small towns, Kost park, Harder park, Checkerboard park, Wild river state park and 15 minutes to Wild Mountain.

Information about the schools in our area: We are in North Branch school district. Chisago schools can be picked up 1.5 miles away from the house. Both have great teachers and good athletics department. Two North Branch school teachers live on our road.

 

What do you do for interests and hobbies near the property?:Walk to Kost Dam and go fishing, there are lots of lakes close by for water activities. There is a Snowmoblie trail at end of our street and bike and walking trails in Wild River State Park.
