We are excited to announce that we are offering our powerful Sphere Marketing tools for free for 6 months. You can sign up here: https://offrs.com/sphere
Did you know that 60%+ of your leads come from your Sphere?
Once you have set up these Spheres on the platform, you'll need to upload your contacts for each Sphere group (be sure that you include their email and phone number since those will be required in order to include them in future campaigns). Once your contacts are uploaded into each of these groups, we can then launch Sphere marketing campaigns based on the Sphere contact type (Family, Past Clients, etc.) and to start generating leads from this source.
There are three types of campaigns you can launch to your Sphere
- Email Campaign - you can send a mass email out to your Sphere. We suggest keeping emails short and sweet, and offering something of value. In exchange, always ask them if they know someone who is thinking of selling or buying a house. Since you will be sending a series of emails over time, we always encourage including something timely or fun so that it's memorable and so that they look forward to receiving the next one! You can also offer something of value like a local restaurant review, a recipe or information that is relevant to the neighborhood.
- TXT Campaign - you can send a mass TXT (text message) to your Sphere. TXT Messaging is more personal than email and should be used with caution. We don't want to over-use this personal communication channel and end up irritating our sphere network, however it is a powerful way to notify those in your sphere that you are looking for a buyer for your new listing. You can also use it to just say "Hi, I am thinking of you". It's a great way to keep in touch with your contacts.
- Voicemail Campaign - you can send a mass voicemail to your Sphere. Voice Mail campaigns are a powerful way to have your sphere hear your voice, build a more-personal connection with you and be more responsive to your message. Nearly everyone places a phone call at a higher priority than an email. As for what to send, we suggest a Voice Mail messages wishing people a happy holiday or informing them of something happening in the neighborhood.
