Open House 1/22 55 Wilton Crest, Wilton CT 1-3pm
This gorgeous, contemporary condo located within walking distance to Wilton town center will not last! It's easy to stroll down the double-wide sidewalks on River Road (which runs along the Wilton Crest complex) into the center of town and enjoy the shops, restaurants, coffee shops, CVS, the movie theatre, library, Stop n' Shop and much more.
There seems to be several types of people who make up the resident population at the Wilton Crest Complex. There are long-time residents of the town who wanted to stay in Wilton and downsized from their houses. There are also business professionals who work nearby in Norwalk and Stamford, but like the more pastoral experience of Wilton and their are families who find Wilton Crest an affordable way to gain access to Wilton's highly rated public schools. It's quite a mix.
The layout of the condos makes for a fair amount of privacy. All power lines are underground, virtually eliminating power outages from wind or inclement weather.
The first floor master suite is exceptionally spacious.
The colors throughout the condo are neutral and soothing. Many windows and skylights allow lots of natural light to stream through.
There will be an Open House on Sunday, January 22 from 1 - 3 pm . We invite you to check out this welcoming, bright condo for yourself!
