TURNIP GREEN CASSEROLE
2 cups cooked, drained and chopped turnip green or (1) 16 oz package of frozen turnip greens,thawed.
1 (10) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup bread crumbs (more to taste)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (more to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix turnips, soup and mayo. Add horseradish, sugar wine vinegar, and eggs. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Spray a 9x9 or 11x7 inch casserole dish with vegetable spray. Pour mixture into prepared pan, In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Sprinkle cheese mixture over top of casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
