It's basically a contingent sale - meaning if the current buyers can't remove the condition in a short time-period, the sellers can accept a more certain offer.

Thanks Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD - I was wondering if it was something along those lines. We have a CONTINGENT status here but it's generally for REO and Short sales where a contract was accepted by the seller but the property is awating lender approval
