Mother Nature threw a couple snowballs at us in Sunny Sequim with some extra snow for the year.  Spring took just a little longer to arrive.  But arrive it has.  Buyers are starting to step out into the sunshine and look to buy some real estate.  And as the average sales prices show, the buyers are calling the shots. Looking at April compared to March the average sold prices are down $50,000.

86 new listings in Sequim? Is that every house in Sequim? But, where else in America on a clear day can you see another county?

Todd-I'm sure you meant country. :)  It is an amazing phenomenon here with so many new listings.  But actually, many of those are re-lists.  It skews the data, but most agents here know to look up the history of homes if they are preparing an offer on them.
