Good morning Toledo!!!!

As a Realtor with Key Realty, I wanted to talk a bit about why would anyone want to buy a villa that is at least 3,000 sq ft.  The last time a 3,000 sq ft villa was purchased in the Sylvania School District was March 4, 2005 according to the Toledo Regional Association of Realtors.  People as they are getting older want to downsize, don't they?

There seems to be a growing trend of multi-generations living together under one roof.  When I was growing up, as soon as I graduated college, bye bye parents.  I wanted to be on my own!  According to a Newsweek article by Carolina Buia in 2012, 36% or 22.6 million young adults were living with their parents.  With the high cost of college debt, and the lack of high paying jobs for the number of individuals graduating college,  I believe this number may be higher today.  A recent Oxford study in the UK found teenagers were happier with grandparents in their lives.  Another reason, why adult children may want their parents living with them, is the high cost of assisted living.

So, you have decided you need a villa with 3,000 sq ft.  You would like 1 bedroom on the main floor with it's own full bath, a half bath on the main floor for people when they are visiting, and 2 bedrooms on the upper level with a full bath.  Do I have the villa for you!  6747 Ridgewood Trail in Toledo Ohio, meets those criteria and more.  Better yet, this villa is having an OPEN HOUSE on January 22, 2017 from 2:00-4:00.  If you would like more details and a Virtual Tour, please visit my web sight at ToledoHomesAndCondos.com.  You can also reach me at 419.346.1458 or bertspangenthal@bex.net
