We are 18 days into 2017. The question are you moving forward with momentum . . . . or have you  started the new years by drifting into the new year?

There will be a number of real estate agents that will decide to relax . . . . and sit out January and wait for the weather to warm up.

There will be others that decide to start 2017 with strong activity. . . .  and jump start the new year. Closing out January with strong activity will open the doors to greater opportunities . . . . With new buyers . . . . listing . . . . and new closed business.

The new opportunities that you generate will become a big factor in your first 90 day of a new business cycle
