An Anti-Burglary Tip to Protect Your Home & Family

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams NY Realty

After Christmas, many people put the empty boxes their expensive gifts came in out on the curb. What do you think that says to potential burglars? It screams, "I just got a brand-new TV! Come and rob me!"

That's just one example of some unwise homeowner habits. If those owners are sellers opening their doors to the public for showings, habits such as these put them in even greater danger.

Remember, we want to be your trusted advisors; we know the local market, and are dedicated to providing our clients with the individualized service required to achieve their goals. And with Keller Williams offices around the country and the world, we can help you find the perfect home if you need to relocate.  If you have any questions about real estate call the Leogrande Team at 914-761-7878 - email gary@leogrande.com or peggyshea@kw.com

Drugs, guns and other expensive things need to be under lock and key.  Anything can be picked up and walked away with.  Agents need to be aware at all times.
