While we don't have formal condominium and townhome developments in Delta, Colorado, we do have these types of homes available. This report will cover the condominiums and townhomes available in Delta. It will cover all of those properties listed in the local MLS (multiple listing service). 

Overall we don't see a lot of condominiums and townhomes on the market at one time. Buyer demand isn't very high. 

• Right now there is one active townhome listing. It's priced at $229,000. This is a newer higher end home with some nice finishes in a newer neighborhood. 
• One listing is under contract pending a sale. It's priced at $159,500.
• Three townhomes and two condominiums have sold in the last year. The average sales price is $151,000 and the median sales price is $136,500. Two higher end units sold driving up the average sales price. The sold price range is $113,500 to $215,000.
