The inventory of five bedroom homes in the Delta area has changed somewhat since last month's real estate report. This report will include the five bedroom and larger homes listed in the local MLS (multiple listing service) in the 81416 zip code, and this area covers the town and the surrounding rural area.
There are four active listings and one that is under contract pending a sale. - Prices start at $209,900 and go up to $533,500. The average list price is $372,400 and the median list price is $369,000.
- At this time all of the listings have an out of town location. Lot sizes start off at just over two acres.
- House sizes vary quite a bit with the smallest home being over 1800 square feet and the largest home is just over 4000 feet.
- In the last month one five bedroom home sold. Selling price is $165,000.
