I don’t know about you, but I’m always up for a good belly laugh, and now even more so.
First of all, as you chuckle, THAT is not a belly laugh. I’m talking about a from the bottom of your belly up, body shaking, big smile on your face belly laugh. It’s a laugh-so-hard you cry laugh.
Laughter can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression
Laughter can strengthen your immune system
Laughter spreads quickly!!
You know the posts that contain jokes and funny stories or funny videos? I don’t know about you but I try to stop by and read them. It’s not for the points but it’s to laugh.
I love to laugh and when something is so funny that I’m crying and can’t stop then it’s a good feeling.
For me, it’s like letting go of toxins in my system, of negative feelings and kicking stress in the behind.
