What is going on with Real Estate in the Pembroke NH area? With 2016 in the books, lets look back at what happened to the market. In the fall leading up to the election we saw a sharp slow down as people held their breathe and waited to see what would happen. When the election ended, it was a collective sigh of relief. Home Owners who had stayed put, once again made the choice to move to bigger homes. This opened up many starter homes for the amount of first time buyers we saw.
A condominium is a style of life, not just a type of building. There are different types of condos in our area. Most common is a Townhouse style with an up and down, there is Garden style with a common entrance, there is single floor, there is over 55 and there are detached condos. There is talk of another increase come spring, so many buyers are out right here and now looking for homes.
