Successful real estate brokerages rely heavily on relationships. referrals and reciprocity. We, as Realtors, do our very best to generate leads, earn the consumer's trust, work diligently to turn buyers and sellers into clients, and, when served well, past clients are a trusted source of repeat business in the future. That's the best part: The relationships made while helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Similarly, we in the real estate sales world, build relationships with other professionals in the industry and, in closing many deals with them over the course of a month, a year, or even many years, we establish trusted referral relationships built on the simple rules of reciprocity. I send someone to you. We work together with a mutual client effectively and efficiently and serve them well. You send someone back to me. And so the cycle goes.
