Yes, Endre Barath, Jr. The War College is very much alive and well with new students arriving every year.  Many choose to live here and some even retire here.  Due to the War College, I have had the privilege of living in a subdivision between a Four Star General and a Colonel - to say that I feel 'safe' is an understatement!
