Being a younger real estate agent in the Greater Danbury & Candlewood Lake region does have some advantages. I practice real estate full time, with minimal obligations so my life revolves around work and houses. I'm always on and communicate the way that you want. I'm not afraid to do things using the current technology, such as programs for electronic signatures & computerized property showing messages. I've even used skype to arrange for non-local purchasers to preview properties prior to an in personal viewing. I'm familiar and have used targeted social media ads to buyers. I'm not afraid to learn new things that my company offers training for, or ask other agents or my sales manager for advice. We have a very supportive culture in my office, and I'm always being asked for help with computer programs & for my opinion on house values.
What I can do for you? I've personally re-staged entire properties for clients so their property can be sold quickly and for a fair price. I've met clients on their whether it is 7AM or 10:30 PM at get paperwork signed. I've been handle to introduce clients to properties that just came on the market the first day, so they could have the first shot in a competitive market. I've noticed large price reductions and been able to notify clients before they get seen on the large national websites. My clients always updated on the process of their purchase or sale of their home. They are impressed with with market knowledge, no pressure approach and always going prepared. All of this work and actions lead to successful new homeowners and sellers getting their home sold quickly.
