About the neighborhood
Canterberry Crossing (also know as Villages of Parker) is a golf course community of 2700+ single family homes and small group of townhomes (Creekside West), located off of Mainstreet in Parker, Colorado.
Builders in the neighborhood include Beazer, David Weekly, DR Horton, Engle, Meritage, Pulte, Standard Pacific (now Cal-Atlantic), Richmond American and Village Homes. Toll Brothers is currently building off of Canterberry Parkway.
The community has its own pool. There are a few parks and trails in the area also.
About the homes
Most of the homes have 3-5 bedrooms, 1700-3500 square feet (above ground) and feature a 3 car attached garage. The average lot size is 10,000 square feet. Most homes have finished basements. Depending on the elevation, some homes have a walk-out basement. The majority of homes were built in 2000-2006.
