Daly City CA -In 2016 Homes sales remained relatively stable since the real estate sale explosion in 2011 and 2012, However, from 2013-2016 Daly City, the Real Estate market has been declaiming gradually little by little due to the lack of inventory. As you can see in the chart 2007 was the worst of all years in Daly City with only 297 sold homes in comparison with the second lowest sold properties in 2016 with 331 sold homes. That is 34 more homes sold than 2007.

For the past two years, homes in Daly City are showing the number of sold properties are gradual descending due to the lack of inventory but the real estate market is a seller’s market.
