Here on Maui we are blessed with some outstanding choices to experience live theater and the performing arts. These are the public venues available for residents and visitors.
On the grounds at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center
One Cameron Way, Kahului 808 242-2787
- Commonly referred to as "the MACC", this is the premiere spot to see big name musical acts, symphonies, and other live entertainment. They also host art exhibits, offer arts education, and provide other community events such as the Maui Film Festival. This community gathering place is a non-profit organization.
878 Front Street, Lahaina 808 856-7900
- Best known for the production Ulalena, which tells the story of the creation of Hawaii through authentic music and dance. This is an award winning show that plays 4 nights a week. Other regular shows are Burn'n Love and Forever Fab Maui. Most recently a Magic on Maui show with Seth Grabel has been added.

- A rustic and historic old theater that was saved from demolition in the 80's is now a popular spot for various plays and events. Available for private events too like RAM's Got Talent which highlights Maui Realtors acting up once a year.

- 4 hours of fun, food, and a magic show! Enjoy dinner and cocktails before the show.
Maui Academy of Performing Arts in Wailuku Maui

- A non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of Maui's youth by offering a full range of educational performing arts programs. Formerly the Maui Youth Theatre.
480 Olinda Road, Makawao 808 572-7235
- Upcountry's best known private school emphasizes the arts, and opens their doors for performances by the students a few times every semester.
