As a Notary Signing Agent handling mortgage loans since 2004, I am commissioned by the State of Oklahoma, bonded and insured. I work with Attorneys and individuals, at their offices, homes, hospitals, assisted living or nursing facilities. I will even meet you at a truck stop or fast food restaurant! I COME TO YOU!
I base my pricing on several things: time of day (traffic), place (high rise where I have to find a parking place, walk to and through building, etc.), conditions at the facility (hospital ICU, infectious or susceptible signer), and other things going on with me at the time of the request. If you want me to come immediately and I am working on a project for a client, I have to drop everything to handle your notary request. Since I charge by the hour for other services, I factor that lost time into the price I quote. (After all, there are only 24 hours in the day, and I like to sleep some of it ; ).) All quotes take into consideration the number of documents and signatures involved as well.
A Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and Paralegal, I specialize in legal assistance, particularly estate planning/trusts, and real estate. Preparation of pleadings or estate planning documents is completed correctly under your direction.

I work with attorneys, insurance claims adjustors, construction supervisors for walk-throughs, individuals with personal stories, or anything you care to dictate and have typed into hard copy.
