Westview, this Active Adult Community in Spring Hill TN, has finally sold out. The last homes were finished in mid-2016.

Located off Depot Street just 3 blocks from downtown Spring Hill, the neighborhood feels cozy and away from the beaten path yet just a minute to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and medical facilities.

Westview offers Energy Efficient homes that were built with aging in place in mind. All of the townhomes are 2 bedroom and 2 bath with wide doorways and halls. Some plans have 2 car garages, the others just 1. Many feature covered patios and all have privacy fences between them and the unit next door.

The modest $100 HOA fee covers landscaping, mowing and irrigation in the front yards. Units range in size from 1165 square feet to over 1400. A couple of units also have a room over the garage.

Westview Townhomes are built with James Hardie Exteriors and trimmed with either brick or stone they are both stylish and traditional.

With only 67 units, it's no surprise that there are none on the market at this moment. There were only 2 resales in 2015 and just 3 in 2016. We can probably expect to see a few again in 2017.

Active Adult Communities in Middle Tennessee are scattered around the Nashville area. This was the first in Spring Hill. With the new Southern Springs by Del Webb coming soon, there will be some interesting competition for buyers.
