I originally found Jeremy K. Frost through the state, county, city rankings windows on Activerain. The ones that show you where you stand, compared to your peers, in AR points.
My two previous attempts to refer clients to AR members had not gone well but I decided that the third time could be the charm.
I was looking to refer the son of a close friend to a Realtor® that worked Hays County Texas. When the list popped up I recognized Jeremy's face. He had commented from time to time on several of my blog posts.
After reading more than a dozen of Jeremy's posts I made contact and the feeling out began. This was a first time home buyer that still needed to be pre-qualified. I wanted to make sure that Jeremy understood what he was getting into. Past experience has taught me that not every agent is a good fit for a first time buyer.
I knew Sam, (my friends son), very well, I watched him grow up across the street and he has become a very fine young man. I knew that he was serious about becoming a home owner and would do what was needed to make that happen. Jeremy didn't hesitate and by the end of the phone call Sam had his Realtor®.
The home hasn't closed yet so this post is a little anti-climactic, however I have faith in both Jeremy and Sam so I'm feeling pretty good about writing this review before the final curtain has fallen.
A Little About Jeremy
Jeremy was an Eagle scout, and I love that he has that on his web site.
Jeremy has been licensed for 15 years, 10 as an agent and 5 as a broker.
Jeremy worked as a retail clothing store manager before obtaining his license.
He was born and raised in Galveston and is a fourth generation Texan.
When he's not helping buyers and sellers in the Austin area he's coaching his sons (2) little league team or playing basketball.
He's been a member of AR since 2008.
Jeremy believes that AR has has been a real benefit to his business. He's already had two referrals from members this year. I wonder who the other member is?
He's been very active in both AR and other social media and tying to two together has had a measurable impact on his business.
I ask, "If you could have one wish come true for 2017 what would that be"? His answer -- A dream vacation. I thought he might say -- winning the Little League World Series. Maybe he can manage (pun intended) both.
Good luck Jeremy and thanks for taking good care of Sam. And for my fellow AR members who want to know the "rest of the story", I'll be back when Sam's house closes.
